The jury did not believe that Mary Phagan was assaulted, raped, and murdered right under his nose in the lobby, as she went downstairs to the lobby. Jim Conley did however testify

R.P. Barrett the guy who started his workday at 6:30 a.m. and got his hand tangled in blood-soaked hair as he went to start his days work. Barrett worked in the machine department/metal room about 20 feet away from Mary Phagan’s workstation. A co-worker Magnolia Kennedy found a big blood splotch on the ground, in from of the hallway leading to the girl’s dressing room, and the men’s toilet where the pedophile-rapist took the girl’s virginity in violence. If the eyewitness accounts are true, Leo Frank was consorting with prostitutes at local bordellos and in his own business office. In an age where there were no medical treatments for sexually transmitted infections, one wonders if he had been infected himself with an S.T.I. from his furtive lifestyle outside of his homelife.

Wikipedia suffers from ongoing ideological warfare and if the ADL or other Jewish civic groups declare someone or some media source is “extremist”, then that person or information outlet can no longer be used as a source on Wikipedia. These groups get to decide what’s true or false. We found evidence on tertiary discussion pages on Wikipedia that ADL’s news reports were being used by “unrelated” editors when determining, yay and nay on what sources are valid or not at the encyclopedia. This is pretty frightening stuff.

The Long March of Academic Activists

To put it another way, at its core, whichever school of thought writes more books and articles on a subject in the academy, their biased social position gets to dominate the topic on Wikipedia. It’s a numbers game of quantity over quality. Most of the authors who wrote books rehabilitating Leo Frank used academic fraud to support their arguments.

An article recently came out in a number of media outlets that the co-founder of Wikipedia has stated the encyclopedia he helped create is controlled by the political establishment and is used for propaganda. This means articles, like the Leo Frank article on Wikipedia is controlled by Leo Frank activists who refuse to allow the article to become anything other than a source of rehabilitation for him. So who wrote books about the case?

Journalist and Author Steve Oney, his massive 700-page book, ‘And The Dead Shall Rise, The Murder of Mary Phagan and Lynching of Leo Frank’, published in 2003 is regarded by Jewish activists as the definitive book on the Frank episode. Reading it you can tell a team of editors polished it up to perfection. His word population is impressive. This book is well written but also sophistry. He does a stellar acting job of pretending to be impartial but unsurprisingly forgot to add in his book the most incriminating parts of Leo Frank’s trial and appeals to his book: It was Monteen Stover who sunk Leo Frank’s case, not just Jim Conley. Where was Leo Frank during that 5 crucial minutes!

Oney doesn’t mention the real importance of Monteen Stover’s testimony or State’s Exhibit B in context (Leo Frank’s statement to police about Mary Phagan’s arrival, a deposition from Monday, April 28, 1913). Nor does Oney explain Leo Frank’s “unconscious metal room toilet visit”in context, regarding his reply to her statements explaining why Frank’s office was unoccupied between 12:05 pm and 12:10 pm, which totally solved the rape-murder of Mary Phagan.

Steve Oney is married to Madeleine Stewart a high faluting Jewish-American interior designer who decorates the homes of Hollywood’s elite Jewish clientele. Together they live in a high valley in the Hollywood Hills with their Jack Russel terrier in a multi-million-dollar mountainside villa. Oney has done a number of speaking engagements at largely Jewish events on the Leo Frank case, where he tells everyone Jim Conley did the crime with 95% assuredness and “Leo Frank is innocent. Does anyone think he could ever tell the truth that the evidence convicts Leo Frank? Does anyone think he would ever admit the Georgia Supreme Court put it in writing that they believed the evidence sustained Leo Frank’s guilt? Think about the consequences if he told the truth to his career as a writer living in Los Angeles California and his wife’s career as an interior decorator for wealthy Jewish clients in the Hollywood Hills, if he didn’t take the fabricated consensus position. I can tell you as a Jew, he would not be invited to speak on the national synagogue circuit where I have been present. Nor would the ADL invite him for speaking engagements as they have in the past. This is my own humble opining. Oney is a rockstar in the Jewish community for his seemingly confirmation-bias book.
