The Fulton County Grand Jury, which adjourns on Saturday, has rested its probe of the alleged fake bond scandal with the indictment of three men on a charge of forging bonds, but the next Grand Jury is expected to take up an exhaustive investigation of criminal bonds, a number of which are said to be forgeries and consequently worthless. Three men who have been indicted by the present Jury are Emmett Blount, a lawyer, against whom a similar indictment was brought during the bond probe of a year ago; C. C. Tedder, who figured in the Frank Case; and Harry Latham. Blount is out on bond, Latham is in jail, and Tedder is alleged to be a fugitive. The Grand Jury is said to have found a number of bonds which are alleged to be worthless, but will leave a further investigation, and the bringing of additional indictments to their successors.
