Advices yesterday from Washington say that Justice Lamar, of the United States Supreme Court, postponed until after Christmas his decision on the Appeal of Leo M. Frank, presented Thursday by Louis Marshall, the Constitutional Law Expert who has been employed by the Frank defense to represent them in the Supreme Court.

Marshall made an Application yesterday for an Appeal from the decision of Judge W. T. Newman, Judge of the District Federal Court in Atlanta, who, last Saturday, denied the Writ of Habeas Corpus presented in an effort to free the prisoner. Following Marshall's Appeal, Justice Lamar notified him that he would withhold his decision until Saturday at least, possibly Monday.

Most of the points are fresh in the mind of Justice Lamar, as, just before Thanksgiving, he denied an Application for a Writ of Error to review the action of the Georgia Supreme Court in refusing to set aside the verdict.
