Decision, in All Probability, Will Be Handed Down Before Next June. The Leo Frank Case has been set for Hearing by the United States Supreme Court, February 23, and a Decision will, in all probability, be handed down before the Court declares its annual June recess.
The receipt of this announcement in Atlanta created renewed efforts on behalf of both the Defense and the Prosecution to prepare their Arguments for the Hearing. The State will be represented by Solicitor Dorsey, Attorney General Warren Grice and E. A. Stephens, Dorsey's Assistant. Frank will be defended by Harry Alexander, Leonard Haas, Herbert J. Haas, Henry C. Peeples and John L. Tye.
