Nashville, Tenn., May 18. (Special.) The first legislative action in regard to the Leo M. Frank case was taken by the Fifty-Ninth General Assembly of Tennessee, which wound up its business late Tuesday night.
The Senate, as one of its last acts, passed a resolution requesting the Governor of Georgia to commute to life imprisonment the death sentence of Leo Frank.
