Following consideration of the Leo Frank Case that occupied the entire day, the three members of the State Prison Commission departed Friday afternoon to spend the week-end digesting the Frank data at their homes.
During the afternoon, they were interviewed by Mrs. May Futrelle, a Newspaper Writer on The Boston Post, and the wife of the famous Jacques Futrelle, Novelist, who lost his life on the Titanic.
It is not expected that a verdict in the Frank Appeal will be given by the Commission until Monday.

Rochester, N. Y. June 4. At a meeting here tonight, presided over by Mayor Edgerton, Resolutions, urging that Leo M. Frank's Sentence be commuted from Death to Life Imprisonment, were adopted and Copies will be sent to the Prison Commission and the Governor of Georgia.
One of the Speakers was James G. Cutler, former Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Chamber of Commerce of the United States.
