Thought Gov. Slaton Will Announce His Decision on Appeal Saturday.
Governor Slaton's Decision in the Frank Case Appeal for Commutation will not be announced before Saturday. He has been making an exhaustive study of the Frank Records, and worked in his Library at the Country Home on Peachtree Road until long after midnight this morning.
"It will not be until I am familiar with every essential Detail of the Case," he stated Wednesday, "that I will reach a Decision."
The date of the proposed Execution is next Tuesday, June 22.
